 Well its been a great half of the year. We have several Team members that have won major championships this year. I couldnt be more excited for them. We have several updates on the site so take your time a see all the new items. Lastly we are excite about hosting new Imac event for 2007and after much work, phone calls, opinions we are ready to leak a little information for our new event for 2007. After a major event here in the SE announced that 2006 will be the last year for the event. We decided to start the reasearch to create a new IMAC event for 2007 to fill a contest gap.

Looking within the State and speaking to flying fields that have the capacity for such an event. Breem Field in Lake Wales, Florida has approved us to hold this event on March 29 through April 1st 2007. This was the biggest hurdle. Now with that said we are organizing all the details in the comming months, sponsors, schedule of events, website to pre-register etc. The FG group will make sure we are properly exposed. Right Max and Bif. LOL

I will tell you this, we are gearing the towards nice purse and some prizes for the four classes Sportsman, Intermediate, Advance and Unlimited. We already some commitements from companies and private individuals. I personally be working and taking alot of input from many people I respect in IMAC to make this event something that we hope will be an annual event. Lastly I want to thank Bob Shapiro for taking the CD position for this event. His experience with running his own contest in Venice, Fl will be a major help.

We will update this forum as things progress. We at Aerotech want again to thank all of you and we look forward to getting this contest launched.

We will be offering a new service for our customers done right here. Our Quick Build Series for most all of our kits.  We know how tight your time is but you still want a kit. The Quick Build Series consist of:

Wings:
Installing the phenolic tube, tube supports
Installing finished servo bays to fit your application
Sheeting the wings with probond
Cutting out and shaping the L.E., Aileron Double Bevel, T.E. and slotting for Kleet Hinges
Surfaces sanded ready for finish sanding
Root Caps done by builder so any sanding may be done to match the built fuselage.

Horizontal Stabs:
Installing the phenolic tube
Installing finished servo bays to fit your application
Sheeting the wing with probond
Cutting out and shaping the L.E., Aileron Double Bevel, T.E. and slotting for Kleet Hinges
Surfaces sanded ready for finish sanding
Root Caps done by builder so any sanding may be done to match the built fuselage.

Vertical/Rudder:
Sheeting the Vertical and rudder with probond
Cutting out and shaping the L.E., T.E. and slotting for Kleet Hinges
Surfaces sanded ready for finish sanding

The turtle Deck, Belly pan and Hatch for the fuselage can be done for an additional fee. When building the fuselage I like to let the builder do this for any tweaking he or she may want to do.

So we have taken the time consuming parts and have left you with approximately 10days of building and you’re ready to cover.  We will be doing kit runs with this service and will post what month were doing what or you can email us for a list...

 Thank you again to all our customers that have made us so successful. We have alot of new things for 2005. We also promise to keep the web site better updated.
We just got so overwhelmed that site changes didnt make it. Keep posted. We have some new 50cc ARF's were working on now. A 84" 50cc YAK54 and a Pitts S-12 67" wing span.

We are in the design stage now and will have protypes flying in May and July. Look for the Video's

 In an effort to deliver an outstanding product our 52% Extra 300S Kit is being re released in the Summer of 2005 we are making upgrades to lower the weight in order to reach AMA limits. The aircraft will be an exciting new design, Stay tuned!

Well were in our new shop and were getting organized. New shelving, painting, showroom etc. The excitement is brewing and we love all the positive feedback from all of you. Stay tuned to the web site for updates and photos of our new shop.

Well it's almost moving time and we are very excited about our new shop and new products for 2004. Many e-mails have come in asking when are we going to have the ARF's available. The time table is still the same as before. Starting Feb. 2004 we will have the first batch of 35% Edges and Extra 330s ready. March we will have the 42% Edge 540's and April the 42% Velox's and Extra 330s's. We will be posting the final specifications, color schemes etc. at the end of the month. You will notice that not only are they made here in the USA but you get some items not included in less expensive ARF's

We are taking deposit's starting December 15, 2003 for the ARF's. So get ready for 2004 with your new plane. We thank all of you for the support and we will continue strive to be the best. Thanks again we do appreciate it..

 We are proud to announce that in Feb. 2004 Aerotech R/C Models will be the only Manufacturer to offer the following ARF's made in our new facility in the USA. 35% Extra 330s, 35% Edge 540, 42% Edge 540 and 40% Extra 330s. Planes will be built, covered in Ultracote in two different awesome schemes, with graphics, color instrument panel, painted with High quality PPG paint and clear coated. QA is not a problem since I will live there 20 hours a day to make sure you get a quality product. Pricing is not set but will be slightly more than some imports but you will get much more.

We are moving soon and will have allot of new exciting stuff happening for 2004. Check back for updates and pictures. With 11 years of support from you guys, it has made this expansion possible Thanks again we do appreciate it..

We are proud to help sponsor the World Freestyle Aerobatic Championships being held on June 28th and 29th 2003 in Lakeland Florida. This event will host many of the elite pilots across the country to show off there talents. We wish all the competitors in the event the best of luck. Also we will have a booth at the WAC vendors area with a few planes on display, kit information etc. for anyone who is interested. Please try to attend this event, Im sure it will be something to see along with the full scale WAC going on at the same time.

 Thanks to you our success has been tremendous the first part of 2003. We keep recieving emails from folks asking us if were going strickly to ARF's anytime soon. The answer is no. We are working on some test ARF's built here in the states but we are in the kit business and intend to stay there. We have mad alot of improvements to make sure you have your kits in a reasonable time frameand not have to wait 5 months or more like our competitors do. We are making additions around the country by bringing on Rep's in different areas to field questions at flyin's and adding invemtory every week to make sure we can serve you. Keep posted more to come.

We added this new line because not every one wants a two place plane, so we responded, designed and delivered what you have asked for.
