RETURNS: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost and all prior-shipping costs will not be refunded.
PREORDERS: All preorder deposits for QB(quick build), any custom ARC, ARF or complete airframes are NON REFUNDABLE.
DELIVERY TIMES: We try to ship out all orders within 48 hours. If the product is not in stock, it will go on a back order list and will be shipped out as soon as it is in stock or the job is completed.

For international shipping and some larger boxes shipped within the US we use Airborne Express. Normal ground shipping is 5 to 7 business days. Aerotech will ship all orders by normal ground unless advised by the customer for alternative shipping. The customer will pay any alternative shipping cost.
SHIPPING PRICES: Shipping will be paid by the customer. On larger sized boxes the shipping rate is determined by dimensional weight. Most smaller sized boxes will average a $10.00 shipping charge. Medium sized boxes will average a $20.00 shipping charge. Shipping cost will be added to all orders. All orders shipped will have insurance protection.
